Years ago, viable positions like "Mental Health Assessment Specialist" were not yet around to support building best workplace conditions for employee health, and to eliminate worker stress. Many companies today hire EAP (Employee Assistant Program) specialists to enter their workplace and evaluate their company culture within a short timeframe. When I work with the creative wellness of a company, I typically offer a 10-20 hour position within your place of work, fusing together holistic support and wellness strategies to create a bridge between employee's actual experience and the atmospheric aim of the ideal company culture vision. Using holistic evaluation tools and creating affordable, reasonable paths for best health practices, all aspects of the workplace are considered as factors contributing to Employee wellness. Through facilitating company discussions, department head meetings, and contracting outside experts as needed, we work together to achieve a healthy and harmonious workplace environment.
