Recently my mentor, the amazing and soul-nourishing Lauren Kanzler (whose work has supported women's health for decades!) shared with me a practice of combining three separate healing modalities together into one impactful experience. I implemented this "trifecta" (which, by the way, takes less than 10 minutes) and find it to be profoundly beneficial. Because this practice is an effective way to reset energy, clear old thought patterns, and come to voice, I want to share it with you. The three components of this practice (and actually, an optional sonic fourth, which I will also link below) are 1. the Emotional Freedom Technique, 2. the healing, Hawaiian Ho'oponopono and 3. using key words correlated to each chakra (truly chakra work mixed with aspects of NLP or neuro-linguistic programming). Lastly, I implemented adding to the mix a super effective element of listening to a single sound frequency through high-quality L/R panned earphones. Coupled with the above (home-made!) video that walks you through how to EASILY do this Trifecta Practice in under 5 minutes of time, I'll list the following suggestions regarding how to have a successful practice. 1. Write down the "Power Words" for each chakra that I list below (as well as in the video) so you don't have to watch the video while you do the practice. Best to concentrate on your own body/energy experience while doing the practice. You can also visualize the color of each chakra while in the Trifecta Practice. They are: Chakra 1: (Red/Root) Stability, Abundance, Security Chakra 2: (Orange/Sacral) Passion, Focus, Creativity, Sexuality Chakra 3: (Yellow/Solar Plexus) Independence (and inter-independence), Worthiness, Power, Value/Valuable Chakra 4: (Green/Heart) Loving or "(my love is) Good Love", Lovingly receptive, Lovingly generous, Giving, Lovingly attuned to my healthy love boundaries, Self loving (I find discovering what 3 words/phrases work best for you individually out of the options, particularly, in the upper 4 chakras, to be the way to go.) Chakra 5: (Blue, Throat) Choosing, Truthful, Expressed, Honoring my Truth, Valuing my Expression, Releasing my Expression Chakra 6: (Violet, "Third Eye" or Forehead Center) Receiving vision, listening to my intuition, envisioning the best for myself, aligned with my highest vision, seeing myself in the greatest light Chakra 7: (White, Crown of head): Connected to the Divine, I Am That, Part of the divine, the divine is Me/within me, Aligned with the divinity of my full being, inspired by the highest intention, aligned with my values, devoted to grace 2. You can make your own language/action words around each "chakra word" so that you can tailor the exercise to your actual present state of being! (For example, I may say "I am committed to being stable", etc. if I need to own my own life path, etc. Or I may say "I trust that I can create stability for myself.") Find what works for you. 3. Notice which Chakra words are easier for you and where you feel the need for more power/clearing alignment. This is a good observational tool and also supportive for attuning your own powerful healing practice toward these areas, and recognizing what is coming up for you in your life. 4. As suggested, I recommend listening to a sound frequency relevant to the energy you'd like to bring in to your life or, simply, which ever sounds "right" for your attuning needs! Do this in front of a mirror, ideally, so you can get very clear with yourself and practice self-love, and/or do this with a candle lit and focus on the candle as a meditation practice. 6. Make sure you are tapping the right places and recite the Ho'oponopono when you are tapping around the heart/breastbone. In the video, you'll hear the 4 sentences for Ho'oponopono, best to recite them in order. They are: 1. "I love you." 2. "I'm Sorry." 3. "Please Forgive Me." 4. "Thank You." Important: Make sure to leave enough time/space between each phrase so you can feel them land INSIDE your body. That's key!
