What can you expect in this global voice class?
NEST is a 75-minute long "global classroom". Virtual sessions foster a safe, inviting setting with people whose interest lies at the intersection of art, heart, health, sound and self-empowerment.
For three consecutive weeks in deep-dive sessions, you'll have the opportunity to work with your voice as a healing powerhouse and catalyst for your best expressive life. Plus, you'll be sharing the Zoom classroom with amazing folks worldwide while connecting with your own sound in the comfort of your space. It's really fun.
Together, we'll explore the "poetic anatomy" of the voice, learning to commandeer the voice and body as a precious instrument. We'll engage with sound, frequency and vibration in a sportive sense, through sincere, exploratory embodiment practice.

–Three 75-minute LIVE video-based Zoom sessions (to be made available to each participant after the session. This is specifically key for those who miss a class, as you then have access to the recorded replay). This class will be experiential and immersive.
–Opportunity to create greater community/connect and collaborate with members worldwide.
–Other special offers and packages made only available only to class participants.
Past NEST classes have included a variety of participants, from individuals with little previous "vocalizing" experience to professional level singers. Groups of friends and colleagues have joined NEST together and members have attended from various continents; countries representing from Spain to Australia, Costa Rica, Bermuda, UAE, UK, and all over North America.
