TRUST + INCLUSIVE CULTURE with equitable systems strategist and lawyer Dominique Samari.
I've been greatly looking forward to sharing the wisdom of Dominique Samari, who generously gave her time in our shared conversation. From her Milwaukee residence, Dominique and I spoke about how self-trust is imperative to healthy community, and the pitfalls of attempting to impose structure onto a community as an outsider. Recorded just weeks before the murder of George Floyd, Dominique and I conversed about racial divide, and the need for people of different ethnicities to get to know each-other, to create connection and trust. Dominique invites us to contemplate on how we can imagine supporting change from within, and how individual healing is essential to systemic change.
TRUST + NOURISHING, INTUITIVE LEADERSHIP
with Partnership Architect Rachel McPherson, Founder of company firm Mutuality
Rachel McPherson is the founder of Mutuality, a company firm nourishing businesses, from individual entrepreneurs to corporate and government initiatives. Rachel's work with supporting acceleration and financial growth is based on what she describes as the "win-win-win" model. (I love this!) Win-Win-Win means that the mutual benefit of our business together not only gives value to you and I, but to the greater community on an exponential level, as well. In this conversation, Rachel and I explore the theme of trust on the self-made path and the professional essentialness of developing the skill of braving the unknown.
TRUST + THE HEART OF MEN'S WORK with advocator of men's groups for radical personal development Tom Kubik.
I could've spoken with Tom Kubik about Men and relationship all day. In this hour+ session, Tom, a well-respected photographer and Men's Work advocate, joined me from California for a heartfelt share on manhood, the inter-dynamics of partnership, connection and trust. No small potatoes. Tom's graceful yet rooted and strong presence has so much to offer us; listen for his insightful perspective on the value of what he describes as going deep with one person.

Based in Tucson, Arizona, Josh runs Common Roots Acupuncture clinic, an artfully poignant community healing space, where rich music and beautiful atmosphere welcome clients to submerge into a meditative state. Josh is someone who gives his life to the service of supporting profound healing, as made evident by the intentional atmosphere of his healing clinic, by his adept medicinal knowledge and his gentle needing technique, among a plethora of additional therapeutic services he offers. Together we discuss the nourishing genius woven into traditional medicine and how our body recognizes the feeling of home.

TRUST + SOMATIC EXPERIENCING with master healing arts practitioner and educator Kristen Greco.
Speaking with Kristen Greco was, in fact, a physically altering experience. A real Wow kind of moment for me, with great take-aways. For nights, mid-slumber, post our shared conversation, I felt my body shifting with the sensorially-rich information she gifts us in this interview. Kristen is deeply skilled in a massive array of therapeutic techniques, and a master educator and practitioner in her field. She invites us into the body to somatically explore the felt sense of the mechanics of self-trust. With a background in dance, her transformative healing work weaves Somatic Experiencing™, neuromuscular reprogramming, movement rehabilitation, pilates, developmental, postural and behavioral energy work together. She works virtually and in-person based out of the San Francisco Bay Area and can be found at The Luminous Institute there.

TRUST + REMEMBERING WHO WE ARE with Motivational Speaker, addiction specialist and health coach Alison Canavan.
I reached out to Alison Canavan initially because I was moved by her brave sharing and motivational work around the vulnerable topic of addiction, and our conversation covered this topic and more. Alison is a UCLA-trained Mindfulness Facilitator and a master coach, speaker and author, overflowing with a river of inspiration. Here, Alison imparts much wisdom on the subject of self-trust and the wealth of discovering our inner-beauty. I especially love how Alison moved through an industry (modeling) in her formative years, shifting away from a life based on external value to support the value of a nourished, inner world.
