ABOUT THE VIRTUAL GROUP CLASS:
NEST is all about safely exploring your voice in a globally-attended, virtual setting with people whose interest lies at the intersection of art, heart, health, sound and self-empowerment.
For three consecutive weeks in deep-dive sessions, you'll have the opportunity to work with your voice as a healing powerhouse and catalyst for your best expressive life. Plus, you'll be sharing the Zoom classroom with amazing folks worldwide while connecting with your own sound in the comfort of your space. It's really fun.
For these 75-minute sessions, we'll explore what I refer to as the "poetic anatomy" of the voice. Together, we'll safely experience commandeering the voice and body as a precious instrument, a biological technology. We'll engage with sound, frequency and vibration in a sportive sense, through sincere, exploratory embodiment practice.

This incredibly deeply discounted globally-attended class will offer the following:
–Three 75-minute LIVE video-based Zoom sessions (to be made available to each participant after the session. This is specifically key for those who miss a class, as you then have access to the recorded replay). This class will be experiential and immersive.
–Opportunity to create greater community/connect and collaborate with members worldwide. (Option to engage in group whatsapp threads as a place to explore practices weekly).
–Other special offers and packages made only available only to class participants.
