These six conversations explore Trust with some of my favorite artists and
healers around the world, from Japan to The Basque Country,
Barcelona to Zurich. What the heck is this thing we humans call trust,
and how might we evolve by finessing our sense of it? Check these puppies out:

TRUST + ALLOWING THE WILD WOMAN with women's health coach Jolinda Johnson.
I first met this Barcelona-based powerful woman, Jolinda Johnson, in my work coaching voice, and over the years have been moved to witness her express her valuable genius all-the-more to the world as a women's health-coach and expert in her field. Jolinda and I dive into female physiology, including our hormonal prowess, our innermost wild selves, and why it's so dang essential to choose partnerships that allow us to be who the heck we are to our core.

TRUST + THE INTELLIGENCE OF HEART with the founder of Standing Light, Leyla Salvade.
What a pleasure having the opportunity to be inspired by the insightful Leyla Salvade, a multifaceted heart-based creative. Leyla is the founder of Standing Light, a "light-style" brand offering nourishing, transformative experiences at the intersection of heart-based explorations, healthy nourishment and community engagement. Leyla shares valuable detail in our conversation together about how we can gain self-trust through learning to listen to the heart as our own, individualized, sacred higher power.

TRUST + The VALUE OF RISK + ADAPTABILITY with artisan eco-builder and nautical engineer Nathaniel Lemieux.
For over twenty years, Nathaniel Lemieux has been a guiding light in my life, joyously leading his own life through high adventure, ingenious creativity and living in synch with the raw elements of earth. Nat is an eco-artisan and master builder of traditional sailing vessels. He also sails on the tip-top of bows, by the stars, can douse the earth for water sources, keep bees, grow apple trees, build spiral staircases and masterfully harvest olive oil. Nat lives in his superbly hand-built artful paradise with his equally talented wife, Nikki, in the west of Tuscany, Italy (and, they were married on the back of an elephant, sigh). For this conversation, Nat made space to speak with me in Japan, early in the morning, sipping fresh twig tea. He and Nikki were there to build Japan's traditional Olympic racing sailboat. Filled with glistening wisdoms learned from the ocean and working with his hands, here Nat inspires us to consider that one's jubilation is gained from a life of taking great risk.
TRUST + HEALING EMOTIONAL PROGRAMMING with renown doctor Darren Weissman.
Functional Medicine Doctor and creator of The Lifeline Center, Darren Weissman shares the wisdom of his years of experience as a holistic physician, mentor to hundreds of healthcare practitioners, best selling author, speaker, contributor to major health magazines and numerous documentaries. And he's probably the first person to inspire me to publicly chant "Infinite Love and Gratitude" in an interview (But, actually, after saying it, I kind of wondered if there was anything else worth saying, it's quite satisfying!) As a long-standing advocate for the healing power of love and gratitude, Dr. Darren is supports people to radically discover their inherent wellness through the power of transforming personal beliefs. Yes, please!

TRUST + THE JAZZ OF IMPROVISATION with award-winning NYC saxophone legend Claire Daly.
Claire Daly is a legend of Jazz, a baritone saxophonist based in NYC who has lived life dedicated to the path of music.
Here we relate trust to the art of improvisation, creative collaboration and the power of breath. Having the chance to hear Claire speak, with her honest and natural richness of spirit, feels nearly like listening to jazz in an intimate city venue provides.

TRUST + CATALYZING HIGH-ENERGY PERFORMANCE with international musical artist Afrika Bibang.
With great fortune, I had the chance to speak with a spirited performer, Afrika Bibang. Coming to us from her home in The Basque Country, Afrika graciously shared her artistic journey with us, from being the first black family in a her Basque Country city, to finding music as a universal language, to calling on her ancestors to energize her performance. Afrika shows us how, in musical performance, we access a special kind of self-trust to actually transcend our selves, and connect with a larger creative energy.
